NaviRT privacy policy

NaviRT is a property visualization experience published by Vagary. This policy covers the NaviRT website, Quest application, and support correspondence.

Information used by the application

The Quest experience does not require a separate NaviRT account and does not include advertising, custom analytics, or lead collection. Language and comfort preferences are stored locally on your device.

Headset and controller tracking are used to display the scene and respond to your actions. NaviRT does not send these tracking inputs to a Vagary server.

Meta platform services

Meta provides app distribution, access checks, and the required property content installed with the app. These services process the platform information needed to verify access and deliver content. Meta independently processes information under its privacy policy. NaviRT does not require access to your friends, contacts, microphone, or camera for these features.

Website and support

Our hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and error logs to deliver and secure the website. These pages do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

If you email contactus@vagary.tech, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and diagnose reported issues. Please avoid sending passwords, platform secrets, or unnecessary personal information.

Retention and deletion

The current release has no in-app project deletion. Device settings allow you to clear local app data or uninstall NaviRT and its installed content. Meta manages information associated with your Meta account separately.

Support correspondence is retained while needed to handle your request and related follow-up, subject to applicable retention obligations. Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided to Vagary. Technical logs are retained only as needed for operation, security, and troubleshooting.

Sharing and contact

We do not sell your personal information. Hosting and email providers may process information to operate those services; information may also be disclosed when required by law. Questions or privacy requests: contactus@vagary.tech.
